Chinese private company Huawei has made it to the world’s top 100 brand list ‘The Best Global Brands’. It takes the 94th position on the list, with its brand value put at 4.3 billion USD.
This means that Huawei is now comparable to international corporations such as Heineken, Pizza Hut and Hugo Boss, and the telecommunications equipment giant is the first Chinese company to make it to the list, China Daily reports.
Besides telecommunications, Huawei is also the third largest manufacturer of smart phones after Apple and Samsung, regardless of being largely blocked from entry into the United States.
