Hepingli launches "1510 life service circle" program

The management of mobile vendors has always been a tough task in community administration. The Hepingli sub-district of Dongcheng District recently put forward a measure to establish a "1510 life service circle." Reporters learned on June 3 from the Xinghua community, the pilot measure will mean that all venders can set up their shops in designated areas after paying a maintenance fee of only 200 yuan per month. This measure not only won the approval of the residents, but will also the environment of the community.
