From July 25 to this morning, July 26, Tianjin has been experiencing heavy rains and traffic congestion. The Tianjin weather station has released two orange level weather warnings at 5:35 and 6 this morning.  In response to the rains, Tianjin's Binhai International airport has closed its doors for the time being, while 20 flights have been delayed and three flights have been canceled stranding 3,000 people. The streets have been flooded with water, with some areas completely closing down. Close to 30 lines of transportation have had to be redirected and are now restricting passengers. Tianjin's Jinghai and Jinnan districts have also had buildings collapse.  Firefighters and soldiers are currently trying to rescue victims.  As of now there have been no fatalities.
