On Jul 21st, construction on the Yuyang Park in Qunli, a newly developed area of Harbin, was completed. Yuyang Park has an area of 49,504 square meters and it is the first energy-saving theme park in Harbin. All facilities in the park are energy-saving: for example, the lighting is controlled automatically by microcomputer, so lights go on and off according to the season and adjust to the changing cycles of the sun. The park will be free to the public.
