The Harbin Symphony Orchestra will perform Beethoven's 3rd Symphony at the Harbin Concert Hall on March 23rd. The Harbin Symphony Orchestra, China's premiere Symphony orchestra, previously performed at the Chinese National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing in 2008 and in Denmark, Austria and Greece in 2009.
