Harbin Encountered Lowest Temperature in 43 Years

The highest temperature in Harbin on Dec. 16 reached as low as -17.5℃, the lowest on the same date since 1966. According to the meteorological observatory, Harbin’s temperature is witnessing a continuous drop since mid December. The lowest temperatures of Dec. 15th and 16th dropped to below -25℃.
