The 2009 Harbin Summer Camp Festival will be held in seven scenic spots aroud Harbin: Acheng Pingshan scenic spot, Sun-island scenic spot, Ice and Snow World, Yilanbalan River scenic spot, Beidahuang Modern Agriculture Garden, Wuchang Cucurbit Valley and the Mudanjiang Sandaoguan Scenic spot. The opening ceremony will take pace at the Acheng Pingshan site.
Harbin has launched the outdoor camp program to respond to demand for more outdoor activities.
