Hangzhou’s West Lake Releases Flood Water as the Downpour Continues

Hangzhou has been hot by torrential rain which resulted in 100 millimetres of water within 24 hours. As a result, West Lake opened its vents to release the floodwater yesterday. This was the first time this year that Hangzhou’s West Lake had to resort to this measure.
