Hangzhou to Enforce Car Restriction Policy during Peak Hours

According to a Hangzhou Government press release, beginning on October 8th at 07:00, during daily rush hours, the car restriction policy will be heavily enforced in certain regions of Hangzhou’s urban area. Rush hours are defined as: 07:00-08:30 and 17:00-18:30 Monday through Friday. Cars will be restricted according to the last number on their license plates.
