Hangzhou has opened an English website “Hi Center” (www.hicenter.cn) to help better promote the city to foreign tourists during the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. Officials say that this yet another step for Hangzhou to embrace the fact that it is fast becoming another international metropolis.
