For all domestic flights departing Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport starting Jan. 18th 2009, departing passengers are not allowed to check in as late as 45 minutes (rather than 30 minutes before) before the plane takes off. This procedure is a temporary measure during festive travel peak and will be canceled on Feb. 20th 2009.
