The Nansha Port area is currently one hour's drive from Shunde. However, according to the Shunde Transportation Bureau, it will take only 30 minutes to get from Shunde city to the booming Nansha port once the expressway linking Panyu and Shunde is completed, creating quicker access for Guangzhou and Foshan to this rapidly-developing area.
