In order to better serve small and medium sized enterprises, the Guangzhou Small and Medium Enterprise Bureau held its opening ceremony on February 10th. Henceforth, the Bureau will perform the functions of providing guidance and services for small and medium enterprises.
The Guangzhou Economic & Trade Commission, the Guangzhou Association of Industry and Commerce and the four state-owned banks set up an enterprise-bank platform for private enterprises on the morning of February 10th. A financial cooperation agreement was established. The intent cooperation amount between the platform and private enterprises in 2009 totaled RMB 240 billion.
