Guangzhou and Shenzhen will start dispensing free H1N1 vaccinations this week. However, the vaccines will be given to students, teachers, medical staff, policemen and patients with chronic medical conditions first. Residents who do not fall into these categories will have to wait until March 2010 to get the free shots.
