Guangzhou Nurse Feeds Baijiu to 7-Day-Old Baby
Jun 13, 2013 By eChinacities.com

Baijiu was mistakenly fed to a seven day-old baby at the Guangzhou Economic and Technology Development Zone Hospital on June 6, as one nurse, assuming it was water, mixed the ferocious substance with milk powder and fed it to the newborn infant.

The baby was then treated in intensive care and had its stomached pumped. The father, Chen, has expressed concern about the future of the baby’s mental health, and is understandably fuming over the incident.
