The Normal University-Jinan University Station (part of the Guangzhou Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system) extends from the west entrance of the Jinan University all the way to its north side entrance – measuring a total of 350 m in length. The stop can accommodate up to 12 buses at a time, with four clusters of waiting platforms for passengers. The bus stop is one of the longest in the world. The elongated design was intended to help accommodate the busy traffic at this particular stop.
