The 7th Guangzhou Boluo Dan Folk Temple Fair will be celebrated from March 15th to 21st in Nanhai God Temple. Many activities will be held during the temple fair, such as a large scale ceremony of giving offerings to the Sea God, Flower Fairy Festival (the birthday of flowers) and a ancient costume fashion design competition.

Boluo Dan is an event to celebrate the birthday of the God of the South Sea, also named "Nanhai Shen.” Boluo Dan is one of Guangzhou's most important traditional customs and is also the biggest traditional temple fair around Guangzhou and the Pearl River Delta.

In 2010, Boluo Dan Temple Fair was listed as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage Item.

Mar 15th: 8:30 - 22:00
Mar 16th - 21st: 8:30 - 18:00
