Though the power supply never stops, there is in fact "zero wastewater discharge." The No.1 unit of the Guangdong Heyuan Power Plant was officially put into operation recently. Not only does the project have the largest single investment since Heyuan's establishment, it also is the first green power plant in Guangdong Province to achieve zero wastewater discharge.
