It started out as a typical love story; Xiao Ying from Henan and Zhan Kui a music student met and fell in love while at university together.
After they graduated Xiao Ying wanted to support her boyfriend’s musical dreams so she borrowed 140,000 RMB under her own name to buy instruments and music equipment for him. She never expected that it would come back to haunt her in such a big way.
Zhan Kui’s musical career predictably didn’t go very smoothly and he slunk off to his hometown with his tail between his legs. Unfortunately for Xiao Ying he also then secretly married a girl from his hometown leaving Xiao Ying heartbroken and in huge debt.
Distressed about how to pay off the debt a close friend of Xiao Ying told her about a ‘part time job’ where she could earn up to 20,000 a month. When Xiao Ying probed her friend for more details her friend said that she ‘accompanied men sleeping’ in Nanjing.
Xiao Ying thought about it and not being able to think of another way to pay back the money she headed to Nanjing and started working. She was on her way to paying off her debt but before long was caught and arrested in a Nanjing drugs raid.

I was with a guy for 3 years, he always told me he loved me and that we wouldn't break up because if you love someone you make it work. We could never work out a time when we were both free and just a couple days ago he said we should just be friends. I know he dont me love anymore. What can i say? to be frank ,this girl is stupid! My ex girlfriend used up all my money to pay her debt 100,000 RMB ,and after she cleared her debt ,im nothing much to her,she betrayed me and goof off with a punk with no money. How stupid! the debt was for her ex boy friend,so she were true to her ex,and her ex cheated her,and when she came to me,i treated her with all my heart,then she cheated me.what's wrong with this world? I also admit my stupidity not having completely knowing about her at the beginning.
