Fuzhou Taxi Drivers Banned from Swapping Shifts during Rush Hour
Apr 29, 2011 By eChinacities.com

Fuzhou traffic authorities have banned taxi drivers from handing over shifts between 17:00 to 19:00 to ensure that enough taxis are on the road during rush hour now that staggering working hours have been introduced in the city. It is hoped that the new measure will help ease passengers’ difficulties in hailing taxis during that time.
