The area around Nanhou Street (南后街) in Fuzhou has started use of mist sprays to help visitors cope with the hot weather. The mist sprays are installed a meter apart on the rooftops and in the trees lining the Nanhou Street and around Gujie (Old Street) in Fuzhou. The mists can effectively cool down the surrounding ambience around 6℃ for visitors.
