On August 28th, the 300 m skyscraper in Fuzhou, Shimao International Center (Tianjihui) opened sale of its properties. One individual customer subsequently invested 100 million RMB in buying his very own clubhouse (900 square meters) and 18 serviced apartments. It is reported that this is the first case of a private buyer spending 100 million on his home in Fuzhou.
Shimao International Center (Tianjihui) is a newly built landmark 300 metre skyscraper in the city and has 18 floors that look out over the entire view of Fuzhou city below. They advertise four types of properties, including serviced apartments, VIP function rooms, CEO large offices and private clubhouses.
