To celebrate China’s National Day, many special events have been scheduled at Shenzhen’s scenic spots. At the Window of the World, a hot Caribbean style carnival parade will give visitors a chance to experience “exotic” culture. At Splendid China Folk Village, the Village Folk Art Carnival will present the national dress and dance epic “Oriental Rainbow-Colored and Feathered Costumes Performance” on stage. In addition, a Swiss-style market will be open at Overseas Chinese Town.
