As of September 3rd, rides on the 14 "Rainbow" tourist shuttle, which connect all of the tourist spots in Xiamen, are free of charge. Visitors only need pay for the entrance fee of the attractions. The free "Rainbow" shuttle currently makes stops at the island's Golden Gate, seaside night tours, Gulangyu Island's Sea World, Sunlight Rock, Huihe Stone Sculpture Park , Botanical Garden, Olympic Museum, Guanyinshan Fantasy Beach Water World, and Hulishan Fort. Later this month, stops for Jimei Park and Ao Park will be added as well. Signs for the "Rainbow" (彩虹号) tourist shuttle should clearly be marked at each tourist spot. The shuttle runs daily from 09:00-16:00.
