Following Scooter Ban, Hohhot Couriers Delivery Packages on Horseback
Nov 11, 2015 By eChinacities.com

On October 16, Hohhot banned electric scooters from the city center. In the past, electric scooters were everywhere in the city center as deliverymen rode them to and from deliveries. With 11.11 approaching, Hohhot couriers had to take a more creative approach: horses.

Dozens of horses were taken from the grasslands area outside the city to be used for deliveries. In the past few days, a number of couriers on horseback were spotted in Hohhot’s city center and all packages were delivered without a hitch.

China is so stupid you ban scooter, so you can have smog puking cars. If you banned cars, the streets would be safer and and cleaner.
