“Information Technology and Urban Development” Forum – the first official forum of the 2010 Shanghai Expo – will be held in Ningbo on May 15th and 16th. The forum will focus on online economic globalisation, city life and problems related to the merging of cities. Another major focus of the forum will be on information and communication technology and their practical application for city development. The forum, which will last for a day and a half, will include participants from over 20 countries, including 65 officials, experts in the field of informatisation, scholars and entrepreneurs.
