A special cheongsam club was recently established in Guangzhou, capital of Guangdong province.
The first of its kind in the province, the club aims to further promote the cheongsam culture in Guangdong where a large number of young people enjoy wearing Japanese and Korean styles.
All members of the club are required to wear the mandarin gowns when they meet for activities and compare and exchange stories about wearing the traditional Chinese clothes each time they meet.
