On July 21st, at around 4pm, a fire broke out aboard a passenger bus traveling on the expressway from Huanghua Airport to downtown Changsha – leaving at least two dead and 10 more injured. Local police are still investigating the matter, but witnesses have said that they had seen someone start the fire.
