During the World Expo, ticket holders can opt to visit the Confucius Temple in Nanjing for half the usual price. Starting May 1st, Metro Line 2 will open to traffic in Nanjing. The Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity Railway will also start full operations on July 1st making it convenient for visitors to commute between the cities.
