Let me help, as the echinacities staff is useless. Luzhou is a city in sichuan. It happened at Moer shopping complex from a gas leak at a restaurant. Have i been there? nope, i just know how to work the google machine that is so foreign to the lazy asses employed at this site.

Thanks. I happen to live in Sichuan, so I was worried it might be in my city. It's just a common issue with the use of articles and capitalization in English. If they just said "a Luzhou mall" instead of just "Luzhou Mall", then it would all be clear.
