Starting on the night of October 17, the central southern part of Northern China will see medium levels of pollution coming in, with the smog turning more serious as October 18 comes around.
Then on October 19, the rain will start and Beijing’s southeast, Hebei’s central southern part and eastern Tianjin will see heavy pollution.
The entire Beijing area will be covered in smog, ranging between medium and heavy, with the strongest effect on October 19 and 20.
