Plans have been finished for the renovation and construction of Sada Lu, Sahuan Xilu and Sahuan Donglu in Daqing’s Saertu District. Construction is scheduled to start early in March and complete at the end of April, with the total length of 7km and an investment of 15 million RMB. The renovation is seeking to add three scenic boulevards to the city.
