The Dalian southern coastal highway project laid its foundation on November 12th. The southern coastal highway is parallel to Zhongshan Lu and Huangpu Lu and is a main east to west arterial road, running through Dalian’s beautiful coastal scenic area, Dalian Heishijiao Geological Park, Xinhai Square, Dalian Zoo and Fujiazhuang Park. In addition to its transportation function, it will also serve as an important new scenic spot in Dalian.
