Starting from October 15th, Shenzhen Airlines will introduce two new flights between Dalian and Changsha and between Dalian and Harbin. The flight will depart from Changsha at 8:00am and arrive at Dalian at 10:00am. Moreover, it takes off at 12:55pm the next day and returns to Dalian at 2:20pm. The flight between Dalian and Harbin will take off from Dalian at 3:30pm and reach Harbin at 5:30pm. The return time is to depart at 3:10pm and arrive at Changsha at 5:30pm.
