Dalian's Laiyin costal holiday resort is located in Jinzhou District and includes a ski resort, go-karting track, indoor water park, five star hotel, European Brand Street, an ocean top restaurant, holiday chalets and a shopping precinct, a total investment of over RMB 2 billion. Work started on the site in 2007 and until now 10,000 square meters have been completed including the management building and phase one of the 70,000 square meter shopping precinct costing RMB 240,000,000. This year the ski resort and European Shopping Street are set for completion.
