Cultural Park for Chaoyang's Tonghui Canal

Plans to build a new cultural park to run 15.8 km along the banks of the Tonghui canal have been unveiled. The theme is the linking of the rural suburbs (Gaobeidian and Guanzhuang) with the city centre (Shuangjing and Nanmofang). The area is planned to be used for leisure and shopping.
