Construction of the high-speed railway from Changsha to Kunming kicked off on Mar. 26th. It is part of the railway from Shanghai to Kunming, which covers a total distance of about 1167km with a design speed of 250km/h. Total running time of the train will be shortend from 22.8 hours now to less than 4 hours then.
