Another Xinghe Coco Park, like the one erected in Futian downtown district of Shenzhen, will be constructed in the city’s east Longgang district by 2012.The newest addition of a shopping center will be around 82,000 square meters and is scheduled to open for business by May 2012. It is expected that the shopping center will house a Sam's Club，which will be the second franchise store in Shenzhen as well as the first upscale indoor skating rink in the Longgang district，making it the third skating rink in the entire city after completion.
