Clipper 09-10 Round the World Yacht Race to Arrive in Qingdao

The Clipper Round the World Yacht Race is the biggest global yacht race for amateurs, including ten international fleets, 35,000 miles of ocean racing and 400 crew members. The race takes them around the world, with stop overs in destinations as diverse as Jamaica, New York, Cork and South Africa. The race also includes China and the teams are expected to arrive at Qingdao port between the 20th of February and the 2nd March 2010.

From Feb.20 to Mar.2, visitors will be able to enjoy a variety of sports and entertainment activities of Clipper 09-10 at Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center. The yachts will open free to visitors on Feb.28 and 29. Free daily admission tickets will be released from Feb.10 onwards at the following China Telecom business halls, with only two tickets available for each per day.
