Chongqing Airport Opens New International Flight Routes

In 2011, Chongqing Airport opened new international flight routes to the Maldives, Doha, Phuket, Hanoi and several other destinations. The airport has also signed a contract with Finnair (Finland) to open a Chongqing-Helsinki international flight route in 2012.

In other news, Chongqing airport is also making great strides in becoming a centre for international cargo flights, having opened nine new cargo routes in 2011 to Hong Kong, Taipei, Luxembourg, Moscow, Amsterdam, Matelasi, Bangalore, Calcutta and Singapore.
