China resume Beijing-Madrid-Sao Paulo flights

Air China will resume its Beijing-Madrid-Sao Paulo service on March 29, 2009.

 

Air China flight number CA907 will depart from Beijing Capital International Airport at 01:00 every Thursday and Sunday and arrive at Madrid Airport at 07:40 local time, then it will depart from Madrid Airport at 09:20 local time and arrive at Sao Paulo Airport in Brazil at 03:20 local time. Air China flight number CA908 flight depart from Sao Paulo at 20:30 every Thursday and Sunday, arrive at Madrid at 11:45 every Friday and Monday. The flight will then depart from Madrid at 13:30 and arrive at Beijing at 07:05 the following day.

 

After the resumption of the route, passengers on Air China flights will be able to transfer from 29 global cities onto the CA907 flight from Beijing to Madrid or Sao Paulo. And passengers from Madrid or Sao Paulo will also be able to select from 27 Air China destinations in the Asia Pacific region connected with Beijing.

Over the past year, Air China has been actively expanding its network through its membership in the Star Alliance. By August 2008, the airline was operating 243 routes covering 28 countries and regions, of which 69 were international routes, six were regional routes and 168 were Chinese domestic routes, providing more than 6,000 weekly flights in total.
