Children Under 12 to Be Forbidden Sitting on Co-driver Seats From March 1

On March 1, the Protection of Minors Act of Shanghai will take effect and it stipulates that parents, other guardians or other adults who bring children under 12 with them cannot allow children to sit in the passenger’s seat of a car; and those who have 4-year-old kids in family cars must have child safety seats equipped in cars and use them correctly.
