Shanghai's second-largest island, Changxing, currently home to nearly 100,000 people, will have the city's first Metro island link by 2020, Metro constructors said yesterday. Shanghai has planned another 13 Metro - eight new lines and five extensions - to begin construction from 2010 to 2020.
