Changsha Hotels and KTVs to Install Internet Monitoring Systems

On July 13, The Changsha Public Safety Bureau announced that all hotels, KTVs, and other businesses that provide Internet services in Changsha are now required to install Internet monitoring systems.  Businesses that do not cooperate can be fined up to 15,000 RMB and will obe forced to discontinue providing Internet services.
