Since May 5th, 168 people have been arrested for drunk driving in Changchun. On the morning of October 28th, 32 of these individuals were sentenced by the Changchun People’s Court in a “mass trial”. Of the 32 individuals, 15 received four months of detention and were fined 1,000-2,000 RMB.
