It was recently announced that Xi'an subway passengers who use their "chang'antong" card will receive a 30% discount off Line 2 fares until December 31 2014. With the discount, the price of one trip for up to 6 stations will be 1.4 RMB, 7-10 stations will be 2.1 RMB, and 11-17 stations will be 2.8 RMB.
