A carnival theme park seated northeast to the National Stadium known as the "bird's nest" is under construction in Beijing, China's capital. The park is planned to open during the Spring Festival holiday, which began on Jan. 26 this year, while some facilities are not accepted, so the carnival park would open later within 1 month.
