Passengers who take blue-light taxis in Dalian can now pay for their trip by credit card. The agreement was reached on May 26th between Dalian Taxi Co., Ltd. and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, making Dalian the first city in China to adapt a credit card payment system for taxis.
