Pictures appeared on Weibo this morning of a Special Forces police van that was wedged two stories up between two buildings. Apparently the driver was on his way back to his unit when he ‘lost control’ of the vehicle.
A spokesperson for Weihai police made the enormous understatement that the driver ‘apparently needed to improve his driving skills’, and that people should ‘forgive him’ as he’s just a young immature guy.
Perhaps the police force would benefit from following the example of Dalian, and installing brightly coloured extra big parking spaces for its young trainees
