The National Stadium will host a two-month long snow festival starting from Dec. 19th. The Bird’s Nest will be built into the biggest skiing center in downtown Beijing for tourists to ski and take part in snow activities. A snow mountain will be made and will serve as a stage for rock band performances and countdown events for the New Year. The festival will be offering through tickets priced at 120 RMB on weekdays and 140 RMB on weekends and holidays, including the entrance fee and skiing fee.
Getting there: take subway line 8 to the Olympic Sports Center Station or Olympic Green Station
